Every Sole Glow™ order is covered for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or fail to arrive. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof, and our team will review the claim for an eligible replacement or refund.
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper cleaning, and damage caused by incorrect charging or storage are not covered.
